Express Tax Zone

Express Truck Tax
Through a collaboration with the IRS, Express Truck Tax was created as an E-Filing tool for Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Taxes. Any vehicle with a gross weight of 55,000 pounds or more that operates on public roads must file this excise tax using the IRS Form 2290 each year. This program can be used to E-File a Form 8849 to claim a credit. Express Truck Tax can be used to E-File a 2290 Amendment if a mistake is made on a return.

Before the IRS began accepting E-Filing, this form was entirely filed by paper and the entire process could take several weeks. We have expedited this process to be as quick as just a few minutes. We have included an internal audit to check for basic errors in an attempt to prevent rejected returns. Once a return has been completed, it can be transmitted to the IRS instantly. Express IFTA
ExpressIFTA is a web-based application to help motor carriers and other qualified companies generate and maintain their International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) returns online. ExpressIFTA makes the once time-consuming and cumbersome process of quarterly fuel tax reporting easier than ever!

The primary purpose of IFTA is to provide revenue to the jurisdictions in which fuel was used, not necessarily purchased.
